The register may contain the following information: name, contact information (telephone number, e-mail address, address), dog's name and health information, customer’s feedback, other information related to the customer relationship and the services ordered.

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer via web forms, e-mail, telephone, social media services, customer meetings and other situations when information is collected with the customer’s consent.

The information stored in the register is not normally disclosed outside the company, nor outside the EU or the EEA. HauHieronta may disclose customer data to the authorities within the limits permitted and mandatory by applicable legislation. Data may be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Act.

Registry security principles

The customer register is treated as confidential.
Electronic data is protected by a firewall, usernames, and passwords. Data can only be accessed by certain pre-designated individuals. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed.
Manually processed documents are stored at the locked premises.

Inspection and prohibition right
In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the data subject has the right to inspect what information concerning him has been deposited in the personal register. The request for verification must be sent in writing and signed to hauhieronta@gmail.com or Kirstinmäki 7B 34 02760 Espoo.

Deletion of personal data

The data may be deleted at the request of the data subject or due to the termination of the customer relationship. Due to accounting or other mandatory legislation, the data may be retained in accordance with the provisions of that law even after the termination of the customer relationship or other basis for the processing of personal data.
